Lost? K-Tel Albums 1982-1984

Over the past four weeks, Brandon Hixson aka BillboardTopHits1980 aka the most devoted Quarterflash fan I know, has posted the following three albums online.  Each features well-done cover art, clean CD quality sound and chronologically correct fourteen track playlists.  Despite several inquiries from myself and other viewers, Hixson has remained mysteriously silent on these three albums, none of which are listed in his self-posted list of over fifty K-tel, Ronco and other similar compilations.  Are they an April Fool's Day prank?  Or just really good tributes to albums that should have been released?
